Tricia TanIf there is an option to not give a star, I will definitely do that. We used K+N for a particular air shipment recently. The portal's info was in accurate and there was literally no customer service person that is reachable at all. No shipment details updated and we just kept chasing and chasing and chasing till no end. If you want to go through this horrible experience please use them. Such a huge company with so many internal operational issues. It will be our first and last time using them. K+N you guys really sucks.
