  Visited Kucina with my family of five and took advantage of their 1-for-1 promotion. We had a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The standout dishes for us were definitely the ravioli and calamari — both were exceptionally well-seasoned, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. We also enjoyed the truffle fries, clams, lamb shank, four-cheese pizza, and several other dishes, all of which were delicious and generously portioned. Service was excellent as well. The staff were attentive, friendly, and the food arrived surprisingly quickly despite the restaurant being busy. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a great place for a family meal. Overall, great food, great service, and great value. We would definitely return and highly recommend Kucina to anyone looking for quality Italian food in a comfortable setting. Congrats on your 10th anniversary! 🎉

  This was my second time at Kucina Italian. My first visit was back in 2023, and I remember leaving with such a good impression, so I was really excited to come back. I came a little early for lunch and was also pleasantly surprised by how much the place has changed. The restaurant feels cozy, with softer ambience, nice decor, and beautiful artworks that make the whole space feels pleasantly Mediterranean. Now the food — honestly, this was such a nice surprise. Obviously the menu is changed from what I remembered, but still so good. We ordered: * Kucina Caesar Salad Very fresh, crisp, and easy to enjoy. It was a nice starter because it felt light but still satisfying. * Burrata Soft, creamy, and lovely to share. I really enjoyed that fresh milky taste it pairs so well with the basil pesto, olives and capers—a must try if you are looking for fresh starter. * Crab Cake This was really good. It was light and delicate, with a nice natural sweetness from the crab. Not heavy, just very tasty and nicely done. * Mafalda di Ragù THIS is seriously my favorite! The sauce was so good — rich, hearty, and full of flavour. The beef chunks were tender and coated so nicely in the ragù. Honestly, this is a MUST try. * Ravioli The mushroom filling was so soft, rich earthy mushroom on the sides and very comforting. I also loved the buttery thyme sauce — such a delicate flavour that is pleasantly delicious! * La Barca This is one of Chef Gero’s original creations, and I was told it has been a mainstay on the menu for 10 years. Honestly, I regret not trying it back in 2023 because guys — it is so GOOD. The truffle pâté, the creamy-smoky scamorza cheese, and that warm baked dough together was so indulgent. It was rich, fragrant, and so satisfying that I almost forgot my own name! This one is seriously another one that is MUST try. For dessert, we shared Chef Gero’s famous panna cotta — and yes, it was still as jiggly-wiggly as I remembered. It was smooth, light, and just the right sweetness. Such a happy ending to the meal. The portions were generous too, which I appreciated. Everything we ordered was filling, tasty, and beautifully served, but still felt comforting and not too fancy or intimidating. The service was also lovely. The staff were attentive and patiently explained the dishes to us. You can tell they know the food well, and that made the whole experience feel more personal. Overall, Kucina gave me that cozy, homey feeling — good food, warm service, and a place where you forget time. I would definitely come back again!

  First time trying this place for our wedding anniversary. Also ordered Cappucino and the Matcha Strawberry for drinks. Overall bill for 2 adults and 2 kids was about $135 and good for the price! 🤩 Also have a separate section for events which I didn't knew. 1) Pizza - La Barca - Chef Gero's creation. The cream sauce for dipping is in the middle of the pizza. Tear, dip, enjoy. - Rating: 9/10 2) Pasta - Risotto Porcini - Risotto with mushrooms. Rice was soft and well cooked. - Rating: 7.5/10 3) Pasta - Chitarria Carbonara - Ordered for the kids who gobbled everything up. Wished I had more to myself. - Rating 9/10 4) Lamb Shank - Nice carrot chunks in making the plate look pretty. It was average and decent. - Rating: 7/10
