Nurhidayah Azman23/4/2026 (Thursday) We would like to express our dissatisfaction with the recent service we received. We had placed an order for 28 dozen assorted donuts. However, upon packing we noticed that original donuts were included in the boxes which was not part of our request for assorted selections. Additionally, we were asked to proceed with full payment before confirming whether the full quantity of donuts was available and correctly packed. This was despite our prior request to have the items packed and checked first before making payment. After we raised this issue, we were informed that a colleague was on the way to delivering additional donuts. However, when he arrived the situation became even more confusing, as there was still a lack of clarity and coordination during the packing process. The staff appeared unsure, and the order was not handled in an organized manner. This entire experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. We hope you can look into this matter seriously!!!!!!!!
Ivan Michael PungThis is a takeaway 🥡 experience at Krispy Kreme 🇺🇸 as they do not have a dine in option. Staff : Not very friendly but she wasn’t rude either. Maybe just a lousy day at work? I don’t know but the body language wasn’t very positive 🫣 and she didn’t upsell or propose any of the products. She 🙍🏾♀️ was, however, polite and efficient. Food : Donuts 🍩….. how are you ever gonna go wrong with Krispy Kreme Donuts❓Took a box 📦 of 6️⃣, it is 5️⃣ pieces and 1️⃣ is 🆓. It is very sweet and goes down very well with a hot coffee ☕️ or tea 🫖. Took the Original Glazed, Ms. Messy, Hazelnut Original Glazed, Chocolate Oreo, Boston Crème Pie and Chocolate Iced Glazed. Krispy Kreme donuts have a same level of consistency in terms of fluffiness and base flour taste. Doesn’t matter if you eat it here or in the USA 🇺🇸, it’s always gonna taste the same. Then they will inject 💉the pie with cream or convert the donuts to various tastes. The sugar 🍯 rush is real and so addictive. 🤪 If you have never tried Krispy Kreme Donuts 🍩, I strongly suggest you have a go at these yummy, sinful and deadly donuts. Dexter KwanSaw a fly sitting right on the donuts inisde the display case at the Expo outlet. Not outside the case, but inside on the donuts. This is unhygeienic and unacceptable. I have already bought a donut before I saw it. Won't be patronising again if this is how they handle food hygiene
