S-PDonuts are meant to be for happy occasions, clearly staff here hate their jobs and it’s reflected in the service! Turned up to buy donuts for daughter’s birthday at school, shop was late to open apparently donuts arrived late. Staff was almost set up but insisted I come back, after I already had been waiting. Very disappointing
Erica MagatHorrible!!! They are open at 10:30am. I arrived there 10:39am and saw that the crew isn’t done with opening the store. Still a lot more not displayed.. so I asked her if I can order because I am rushing since I am working. I do not have the time to wait and I specifically came a little after 10:30am so by the time I order, it will be ready and I can just order and leave! She told me to wait because she isn’t done preparing and displaying the donuts. To be honest, that’s not my problem because you put up your opening time is 10:30am by that time, you should be ready to serve any customer! But I still waited because it’s too early to be pissed. But by the time its already 10:45 I approached her again and asked if I can order. She said she isn’t done!!! I said I am rushing because I am working I just excuse myself to buy this donuts as request from our birthday celebrant! Your opening is 10:30am you should ready by then. Please see the receipt attached I was served at 10:45am!! Waited there standing for more than 10mins watching her open the store. Sorry but this is unacceptable!
