Ryan LeeI was just there to get two donuts today, and honestly, I wasn't expecting such hospitality. A young guy, who I believe was of Chinese descent, enthusiastically offered me a free sample of their churro. It was a pleasant surprise and made my visit even better. I'll definitely be back.
BraydenI went here the other time , he was very rude , the workers are all rude there , all I have asked was if the payment was paynow to double cfm , he said ‘ yeah lah’ , he even added to give me attitude and threw my donut on the counter, he was extremely disrespectful . Don’t go to Bugis outlet , they are the worst people there....like who even treats their customers like that? just close it down in my opinion or get better workers, they dont deserve to work there. Dunkin Donuts still better
sarah choongi was served by a boy at this outlet. he does not seem like a local though. perhaps a filipino boy .. with brown eyes. i bought 1 piece of the original glazed doughnut today. and came bck few mins later to buy the HAZELNUT original glazed but only to find out tht the staff had given me the same flvr (original glazed). i clearly mentioned HAZELNUT. i dont know what was he thinking , it seems to me that he isnt listening. i think that it is important that the staffs pay close attention to customers request and orders. please train your staff to double check customers order in the future.
