Yi Chao KuekStaff went missing for a good 20mins. came back again to buy for my son and realized the staff was hiding behind and playing his phone. when we wanted to purchase he gave a straight face and seems unwilling. donuts are nice, but the experience to purchase would be 0 stars if Google review allows.
bearygudExcessively sweet and was aghast to see a thick coating of sugar when taken out from the paperbag, unlike those on display. The texture was not the softest and definitely not worth the premium price. Once only. Never again.
Sharon LamThe middle aged man at the cashier does not want to be there. He looks angry that he has to work. Utterly impatient and doesn't respond when I asked him a question, just stared into the distance. I'm appalled by the blatant disregard and disrespect for customer. I'm not looking for service but at least some common courtesy would be nice.
