monkiThere was a fly lingering around the donuts and not just these glazed donuts but others as well. I decided to inform the man behind the counter about it just to let him know and I was immensely shocked by his response, "I cannot do anything about the fly, you don't want the donut then don't buy". Such an inappropriate attitude from someone working in Fnb, I had just wanted to politely feedback to him and I expected a reply within the lines of "I'm so sorry! Where is it?". He's not suitable for this job and I didn't manage to capture his name as he wasn't wearing his name tag. Such service affects the safety of the food, not to mention, that is not how you should be replying to a customer!

I picked up a mixed box and loved the variety — classic glazed, filled, frosted — all the flavours hit the spot. Everything felt well-made and consistent, even without dining in. It would be nice if there were a few more limited-edition or seasonal options in rotation, just to keep things exciting. All in all, a solid go-to for sweet treats on the move. Great for sharing or just grabbing a quick pick-me-up 👍
