Also with the 2 ladies at the store remember our orders before we even place an order with them; friendly and smiling. Always have a happy day after buying drinks with them.
J LRude staff. I mistakenly ordered a Tea O instead of Tea O Kosong and politely asked if it could be changed. The request was refused despite having already paid. The issue wasn’t the money — it was the dismissive attitude. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring pattern with the same staff member. With so many alternatives nearby, such as Ya Kun, Luckin and Starbucks, do yourself a favour and avoid having to sit in the heat while dealing with rude service.
