Sofea ShahI was served today by a lady at the counter and was disappointed with her attitude at approximately 6pm+ . I politely asked to reduce the ice in my Milo (not remove it completely). She responded that it was already sweet and said the Milo amount would be “much less” if she reduced the ice, which did not make sense to me. I would have understood being charged extra, but instead I received a drink with very little Milo and it was not sweet at all after trying it. The interaction felt dismissive and lacked sincerity.

Kenneth TanOrdered Kopi & Tarts for my company event, & my colleagues enjoyed the food. Went there early as our meeting was early in the morning. A pity that they did not accept drink orders for bigger purchases and said only advanced orders can get drinks also… … but… … I only wanted one box or 8 cups of hot drinks. Anyway, they did not wanna offer me an alternative. So we bought drinks from reliable Ya Kun instead.
