ri fieschicame here at night during weekdays and it was okay, my mom ordered original egg tart and chocolate for me along with hot tea and iced tea. we had our dinner before this and eat this for dessert. saw alot comments about the rude cashier but mine was a male cashier but he was okay as my mom made the order. everything was okay just that no tray for me to put my plates so i put on the counter near the tray return station. chocolate was okay 4/5 and what i love is the bigg hugeee superrrt supertt iced tea cup hahahah so huge and the iced tea was sweet but its okay!

I wanted to purchase CNY goodies and already about to make payment using Jurong Point Link vouchers until the counter staff told me that the scanner is flat and cannot power up. I asked the lady to reserve for me, she told me plenty around. I suggested her charge the device and will be back, she told me to tell the staff on duty in the morning. Honestly, her customer service is very poor. I think she should be sent for re-training or keep in a non front facing environment. The place was quiet and not packed and I wonder what has triggered her mood. Beyond words can express this experience.
adrien JohnsIs this the only Cashier in the whole of S'pore whom you can hire? She has really Absolutely damaged your business. SHE MAKES THE FOOD AND COFFEE TASTE REALLY BAD. Im surprised you've kept her there for SO LONG! Many people dont want to go to your shop because of her. Considering that you are located at the main entrance of Jurong Point, you should be enjoying bustling brisk business. The slimmer lady who makes the coffee is still ok, fine.
