BurenA basic coffee place in Singapore. Just like many other chains, coffee place is Singapore no longer aims for comfort, unfortunately. I think it’s quite a rarity now to enjoy a cup of nice coffee in a comfortable seat and setting, cozy lighting and music. To be honest, I haven’t felt that way for a long time. Coffee shops turn into bright, plastic chairs, and moving crowds that are sometimes too noisy. Food okay, coffee okay, nothing fantastic. Service fine.
TH KohRelatively new cafe opened after the renovation of Admiralty Place was completed. This place is known for its "XXL iced drinks" which are frankly massive. This particular outlet has great service and is also very hygienic. I had the scrambled eggs set and unfortunately the eggs were a little too overcooked for my liking. I think it might be advisable to purchase the tarts instead.
Peter LumCoffee is nice. Puff is ok. But aware of the pricing. Set B displayed is $5.20 is actually the same price is coffee plus puff. If you choose the truffle chicken puff, it is $5.50 per set for set B
