EL NgTeh-O tasted clean, but had zero tea fragrance, so it’s like drinking a bland, astrigent, colored water. Bread was sliced thin but not crispy; it looked and felt like damp cardboard (like the backing of your drawing block pad). Kaya sweetness tasted artificial and the amount was also not enough to cover the bread, so towards the end I just had to spit out the bread coz the texture and taste was awful. Mindy ChuaFirst time visiting, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I purchased the pastry set and ordered a Teh C Ice, but the staff prepared an iced coffee instead. I can’t even be bothered to correct the mistake. Staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers. The service was extremely disappointing. Basic product knowledge should be expected, yet the staff appeared unable to differentiate between their own drinks. Overall, a frustrating experience with poor service, lack of attention to detail, and little regard for customer satisfaction. Staff training and service standards clearly need improvement.
WWG GDCan’t believe I dropped by just to pay $7.40 to watch a circus. 2 drinks took a good 10 minutes even though the place wasn’t crowded at all. The 2 guys were casually taking their own sweet time like they had all day. Ordered iced lemon tea with NO SUGAR, the bespectacled guy even repeated the order back properly, yet BOTH drinks still came sweet. It was literally meant for a diabetic person. Not busy, slow for no reason, got BOTH orders wrong, and then completely ignored numerous calls after that. Truly a masterclass in how to mess up the world’s simplest order.
