  Dear Management Just a short note to compliment Ms Jennifer at West Mall outlet. A softspoken lady n Attentive to orders. I asked for my tea to be hot n she asked if the last order was not hot (she remembers!) She manages the counter alone, efficiently, politely. A good start to my weekend morning 😀 The food is good. I love the mee siam. Today I have the French toast set. The teh is da bomb! 👍🏻

  Coffee and tea are pretty dilute. For the ham and cheese bread, quite blend and almost could not find the cheese. The chicken meat is a bit hard and not juicy. Need to improve.

  I guess it was a quiet weekday afternoon so the staff were busy doing something else instead of manning the counter. Took a long time for some body to appear to take order. Maybe they should have a bell or something. No service lah. You self service how to give star for service? You order, you self collect. Drinks at the counter, food from inside the shop when your buzzer rings. No atmosphere also lah, some flooring renovation on going also, so it’s uneven at the moment May 2026. They have some promotion all day set $3.50 but the result is very different from the advertising. Ordered the orh nee toast to try , the filling is sooooo little you taste nothing. It’s like dry plain bread. No good. So sad. Coffee is ok lah. Just taste like sweet kopi. Will I eat here again? I don’t know. But I suppose if you want a kopi and like other options eg. Yakun, nanyang kopi, kopi & tarts, kopitiam etc all full or you don’t want to go anywhere else but second level, then you go here lah. But if you got other options, then no need to.
