BooneCHad the Nasi Padang with mutton and vegetables and the Ayam Penyet. Decent amount of food at a reasonable price for the area. The penyet was tasty if a bit dry. Mutton was good. The sambal was excellent.
David LeeThis is a Halal Hawker Heaven with a Retro Soul at HarbourFront It’s designed to look like a 1960s/70s street scene with wooden benches and Peranakan tiles—great for the "gram" but even better for the stomach. Their Penang Char Kway Teow, even without the lard, they manage to get a respectable wok hei (breath of the wok). It’s savory, slightly spicy, and very satisfying. I love to perfect myself with a post-meal treat, Cendol/Ice Kachang, especially if I’ve been walking around the cruise terminal nearby. However, it’s a “Self-Service” reality. Ordering is queueing at individual stalls and carrying your own tray.
khrhmsCame here for Friday night dinner and it wasn’t so packed. Fully halal foodcourt with plenty of options. I had the chili pan mee from the noodles stall and would say it’s pretty decent, just didn’t have enough kick to the spice. Affordable option in the area though. Will try the other stalls next time I’m here.
