Tried this restaurant for the first time today. Attracted by the reasonable price per pax and good spread for the buffet. I wasn't disappointed. The food was delicious all round with a good spread of appetisers, main course and desserts. The only thing is that it is a bit out of the way for those using public transport with the nearest MRT being TEL HAVELOCK Station and you still need to walk a considerable distance to reach Furama Riverfront. Another thing, I got Furama Riverfront mixed up with Furama City Centre so do not make the same mistake please. Otherwise all in all a good buffet spread to savour.

Came here on New Years' Eve with my family looking forward to some good food. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best. The selections were pretty small and modest - spanning across Asian and Western food. However, I expected there to be more Indonesian food considering the place's reputation as an Indonesian restaurant. The Asian food that did exist, meanwhile, were random combinations of dishes that didn't pair well with the saffron rice given. Furthetmore, while there was seafood bisque, no bread or whatnot was even provided as a dip for the soup. The drink selection is limited to three different kinds of cold sweet drinks. Desserts were varied and were more balanced in terms of variety of Asian and Western desserts - however, the Western ones (eg. eclaire, cream puff) were soggy and seemed to be like those instant types. Service-wise, some waitresses were attentive and proactive in clearing plates. I do wish, though, that more tissues/napkins were provided. To give credit where it's due: The christmas-themed roasted turkey(?) and beef, as well as duck in mashed potatoes were very nice. Starters such as the burratta salad etc were diverse and also decent. I'm also glad that a prayer room is available. However, overall, the experience was disappointing because I was very excited to try at least some Indonesian food - even if the menuw as Christmas-themed etc perhaps at least two or three dishes could've been maintained. The service was pretty average and the restaurant's interior was quite bland. I think it's an okay place to just have a filling dinner with your family, but I wouldn't go in with much expectations.

Subject Feedback on Food Quality and Authenticity Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent dining experience at your restaurant. I used to enjoy dining here and always appreciated the authentic Indonesian food that was served previously. Unfortunately, during my latest visit, I found that the food quality was not the same as before. I was very disappointed as most of the seafood served did not taste fresh, and the dishes no longer reflected the authentic Indonesian flavours that I was familiar with. As a regular customer, this was quite upsetting. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the food quality and freshness. I am sharing this feedback because I truly hope to see your restaurant maintain the high standards that it used to have. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope to have a better dining experience in the future. Sincerely, Norlela Noh
