I ordered two Basil Pork Rice dishes. However, I was charged an additional $18+, which your staff explained was due to a previous order not being voided properly in the system. Despite this being a system or staff error, I was told that the order could not be cancelled, and I was required to pay the extra amount. I find this unacceptable. Customers should not be held responsible for internal transaction or system mistakes. The refusal to void or correct the order was unreasonable and reflects poorly on your service standards. More importantly, this incident raises concerns about how transactions are being handled at the point-of-sale. I strongly urge management to review transaction records and cash handling procedures, as there may be irregularities between system-recorded transactions and actual cash collection. Such issues could potentially result in losses to the business if not properly monitored. I hope management will take this complaint seriously, investigate the matter thoroughly, and ensure clearer procedures and staff training are implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Ordered a pork omelette at $5.90 but no sign of the pork inside the omelette; only found raw slices of cabbage and it’s super oily. Feel so cheated, regret going there.
