yanyuin ChinI would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent KFC order. The delivery arrived 45 minutes late. Additionally, I ordered 6 French fries, but only 4 were delivered. Furthermore, the mashed potato cup was damaged, causing the contents to spill inside the packaging and resulting in a messy presentation. We regularly order KFC for our company events, and this is already the second time we have encountered such issues. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing and did not meet the expected standards of service and food quality. We have emailed to the team but no response at all.
