First, the fries were clearly double-fried — overly hard, dry, and tasted like they had been refried instead of freshly prepared. The wrap was even worse. The tortilla skin was burnt, with large dark patches that gave a bitter taste. Inside, the tenders were overly salty, to the point it overpowered everything else. The whole wrap felt messy and poorly assembled — nothing like what’s advertised. Overall, the meal is low quality and poorly prepared. Even for a budget option, basic food standards like freshness, proper cooking, and seasoning should be met. Very disappointing. Would not return to this outlet unless standards improve.

Ariff SuffianSmall outlet with very minimal staff interaction because ordering is all done at the kiosk. Food was collected in less than 5 minutes but the reason for my low rating is that the chicken had a slight smell to it compared to the ones I’m used to in Malaysia.
