MY ChinVery disappointing experience at KFC Clementi Mall. The service was extremely slow and disorganized. GrabFood orders and walk-in orders were all piled together with no proper system, making the entire ordering process chaotic. I waited over 20 minutes just for a breakfast order, which is unacceptable, especially during the morning rush when customers expect quick service. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was no clear communication about the delay. The porridge that I ordered only half a portion. Management seriously needs to improve their order management and workflow. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for a simple breakfast because of poor organization. I won’t be returning unless the service improves.
Ivan TanAte here and least there’s something nice like KFC. Not very crowded but chicken was warm. Not hot. The service staffs were polite and attentive and will come back here again when want to eat KFC chicken in Clementi.
