JoyService is good, might need to wait longer during promotions and peak hours. Area is quite clean. Nashville chicken is not bad. Worth a try. The 6pc chicken bites are at least 6 pieces as I see mix of big and small pieces. Portion seems fair. Fries wise……idk did yall change supplier or something? It’s not as crispy and tasty as before.

I approached the counter about it, and the staff were incredibly helpful and happy to assist in sorting out the missing items right away. A big thank you to Wesley, Aunty Bay and the team for their excellent customer service and quick resolution! The food was fresh and the service was top-notch. Will definitely back.

The food was served hot and fresh, and the chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and flavourful on the inside. Every bite was packed with that signature taste that never disappoints. The sides were just as good, especially the fries and mashed potatoes, which complemented the meal perfectly. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, everything from service to food quality exceeded expectations, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
