Sri wahyuniToday we had lunch at KFC West Mall and had a really wonderful experience. Front counter staff Joel Chee and the young man Leon were both very friendly and welcoming. While we were waiting for our food, they had fun chats with my boys and made them feel very happy and comfortable. The chicken and sauces were really tasty and delicious. My kids enjoyed the meal so much. Definitely we will come back again. KFC, your chicken is the best! Thank you for the great service and warm hospitality.

The whole team was seen working well together and the manager on shift was seen assisting the team with a customer enquiry on the ground. Great job to the manager on shift and team! Food was served hot and freshly made.
Aven T.Came to KFC at west mall to eat their latest Promotional product - Curry x Sambal Zinger and Chicken box. The curry did not disappoint as it is the same as normal chicken curry except you dont have to buy it elsewhere. It matches perfectly well with the chicken tenders.
