Damian LeeRegretted visiting, I much rather walk down to mcd just a few steps down. Messed up SOPs with inexperienced staffs, simple order can take up to 30 mins. Look at how they passed out the food? I didn't opened them.
Darryn LamOrdered a meal for two at 9:18pm. After waiting 20 minutes, I saw that my meal was just sitting on the counter without any fries or cheese fries, so I requested to have it first and grab my fries later. Another 20 minutes pass, and I had to remind them yet again to which I was finally served. Two questions: 1. If I had not requested for them to pass me my food first, would my meal have sat on the countertop for 40 minutes, and for the food to be ridiculously cold afterwards? 2. Why does it take 40 minutes to make fries? Does KFC make it that fresh that they manually cut it individually in stores now?
Ang Kok LeongSuper slow service! Took more than 20min to prepare my order! Wasn't very surprised, though, coz every KFC i go to seem to have the same slow service pattern. Definitely not 'fast food'.
