Ong Jityinzinger chicken patty got way smaller, and dry. the atmosphere of the store is very stuffy and smells, no ventilations. waited order since 755 till 815pm until i went to counter and ask then they start preparing.
Jamillah JaneFrequent customer of KFC here. My child loves dining here so much. The staff are friendly and nice. So far didn’t encounter any missing items. Just reasonable servings and freshly made food. Simply, good people and good place to enjoy finger licking good food. Thanks to the Manager and staff for the great customer experience. Highly recommended.
E ThamI clearly order Thai fritters but the cashier was training someone new and she mislead me to Thai bite, worst part told her I wanted 1 spicy 1 original ended up giving me 2 spicy! Thai bite cost $4.95 Thai fritters cost $3.30 Ask her can change she told me cannot change? I am not asking for the money, all I’m asking is to change to my correct order. Why make it as my mistake when I already said I was Thai fritters! Please do not come to Woodgrove kfc! Always have issue when it comes to order, sometime give wrong item, sometime missing item now this!
