KavithaI ordered the Mac n cheese from the order machine... I buy as ala carte w med whipped potato n med coke zero...I paid $14.80 for my meal... There is also an option of Mac n cheese bowl box which cost much cheaper $11.80... for the Mac n cheese box comes w fried chicken,fries,coke,Mac n cheese... The order machine under sides Mac n cheese med cost $4.45 ... Ala carte Mac n cheese bowl I pay $6.15... I would rather buy a med Mac n cheese w med whipped potato n chicken bites w coke zero... I felt would have been much more worth it... I m willing to pay extra money if I get the food which is worth my money... I pay $6.15 for this ala carte Mac n cheese bowl n I only get 3 chicken bites in my Mac n cheese bowl... I m not happy about it...☹️ Just prepared food should b hot... Not cold...☹️ The service here at this vivocity kfc is v v bad...☹️ First time trying at vivocity kfc... The service here is so so bad...then how m I to come eat at this outlet kfc again??? Of is a known fact that kfc order machine no give receipt... Have to either memorize the number or take a picture of the order number shown on the order machine...☹️ I never keep track of my number on the order collection screen...as staff call the order number once ready for collection... She was calling out numbers n peo go collection... There was no crowd at this kfc outlet so I was wondering y my number still not called aft waiting for quite some time... I looked for the collection counter...my food was there... But my number not called.... Don't know how long my food was being left at the table... But I choose not to argue... Just take my food n went away... ☹️ Tissues not given to me... I paid $14 something for my food n I get no tissues... I went to the counter n ask the staff for tissues...she attitude problem... Never even bother giving the tissues to me properly... Just put on the table n go away ... ☹️ The worst thing was when I calling her to ask for tissues she don't even bother asking me y I m calling her... She like don't care... Just doing her thing... The kfc outlet so empty therefore v quiet... Don't tell me she can't hear...☹️ The Mac n cheese bowl so much cheese she put but only 3 small chicken... But is this Mac n cheese or Mac n cheese bowl??? Service I hated it 1 star... Food I hated it 1 star... Atmosphere 3 star ok... Overall I m giving 1 star hated it ... Before I post my review there is 1 more thing which I want to tell everyone: I felt that if any1 wants to eat Mac n cheese bowl... Side Mac n cheese more worth it... W chicken bites ... For Potato bowl the med whipped potato much more worth it buy additional chicken bites... Paying extra but would b more worth it... I have tried both potato bowl n Mac n cheese bowl n I seriously feel not worth it... Just wanted to tell it to everyone... 🤗🤗🤗
IAmDebChongSo I went in for breakfast, ordered a porridge set with egg tarts. I received the porridge and drink, but was told that the egg tart needs to wait. I finished my whole breakfast, went to check back on the egg tart, and they told me I had to wait another 6 mins when I already waited quite some time. They forgot it. I then said can I just not want it anymore, and guess what? They ignored my request and just walked away. I’ve worked in F&B before, I know it gets busy and chaotic, but this is not the way you provide a service. I can see why there’s so many bad reviews. And even the KFC company don’t have the decency to reply to bad reviews, to make service recovery or apologies, so I doubt their management are capable to do anything as well. You are working at a touristy spot, and this is the kind of service you provide? This is upright rude. I did not make a scene, your KFC staff did. If I can’t cancel the order, just voice out, I’m not unreasonable. Don’t just ignore me, give me an attitude and look and walked off. Communicate it. Don’t embarrass us fellow Singaporeans with this kind of attitude please. Totally ruin my entire day when it hasn’t even really started.
