Barnabas LeeFirst i used one of their kiosk to order, but the card terminal was not working. All of their staff were busy, and there was no one I could seek help. Then I turned to app… and the app does not even have Apple Pay (in this day and age) and I had not brought physical card out. (This reflects badly on KFC management) So I went back to a different kiosk. After ordering, my order number did not show up on the TV as preparing until after 15 minutes (again this reflects badly on KFC management in their system design). Finally my food only came after 25 minutes (for a fast food), and I only ordered 1 meal with double dipped party box. When the double dipped party box (which promises four different sauces to come with it), only two of the least popular sauces were available. There were 0 notices or announcements to inform customers that the sauces (the key to the item) was sold out. I felt angry and shortchanged and cheated. This is dishonest practice, customers are misled to purchase with uninformed choices.
