Jaslyn KiuAlmost every KFC outlet seems to be giving customers chicken butts instead of proper chicken pieces. Today, I ordered three 2-piece Hot & Crispy Chicken meals (6 pieces in total). I received only 3 drumsticks, while the other 3 pieces were all chicken butts. This isn’t the first time either. I’ve experienced the same issue with previous bucket orders as well. Chicken butts should not be served to customers at all. Customers pay full price and reasonably expect proper chicken pieces, not chicken butts. If this keeps happening, it gives the impression that KFC is cutting costs while charging customers the full price. This is very disappointing and unfair to consumers.
James ShenI have had a really amazing experience with Molly. It was a very crowded evening with lots of customers queuing to collect order. Come to my turn, i collected however noticed some missing order and Molly was very quick to assist me in correcting my order. She displayed excellent customer service exemplary of a true professional and assured me and turned my experience into something unforgettable and greatly earned my trust! I will definitely continue to patronise and this store definitely exemplifies ultimate integrity!
Julius Tan3.5/5 This Compass One KFC outlet is better than the Punggol Oasis branch, so it’s still decent. It usually gets pretty packed at dinner time, and the aunties working there can be a bit blur, they’ve messed up my order in the past. It’s a pretty large outlet with plenty of seating. Generally, the standards here have been okay; above average, though not quite as good as some of the other outlets I've been to.
