Shannon TohI asked the counter lady, Kai Yan, if the tray on the counter was mine, just to confirm as i didnt want to take the wrong one. on the tray it didnt even have a receipt showing my order or the order number. then she said “see urself” while pushing the tray to me. so disrespectful, then after that still can mutter to herself. hello later i take wrong number then it’ll be my fault right. i ask u to confirm least u can say is yes, not reply in such a rude tone

Even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, Ms Yanti patiently guided me through the use of the kfc app for my takeaway order and I observed her team effeciently preparing and dispensing orders in a timely and orderly manner. Kudos to them! Definitely an asset to the KFC team!
