The chicken is tender and juicy. When I first opened the box, the skin is crispy and have the marinated taste. Since I bought it during the CNY Period, there is a Mala Marinated Chicken. It is good and have a strong resemblance to how a Mala should be. The service provided by the staff is good. Although it will be best to have the numbering system to function instead of the staff calling out the numbers. Since the outlet is a little more secluded, it is more quieter than other outlets that I went to. BUT, it is still a calm place to have your meal after a long day.
Came to this outlet knowing it is a relatively quiet KFC. Came about 2pm+, only 1 table occupied which was great news. Had the new Samyang buldak double down feast. Tried the loaded fries and the strawberry cheese mochi as well. Doubledown is double hands down the best burger KFC will ever offer. With the Samyang noodles, the spiciest takes it up another level. I totally enjoyed it. Changed my mashed potatoes to the Samyang loaded cheese fries but abit dismayed by the portion. Strawberry cheese mochi wasnt anything to wow about but not too bad. There is also a side of cold white radish along the mashed potato. On a side note, quiet not busy but aunty still can make a couple of mistakes in the order which resulted in some reminders.
This outlet restored my faith in KFC. I’d honestly written off KFC for a while — the quality at most places just hasn’t been the same. But this outlet is something else entirely. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and well-seasoned inside — exactly what KFC used to taste like at its best. Everything was clearly freshly made, not sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The service was quick and friendly, the place was clean, and my order was accurate. Small things, but they matter. If you’ve been disappointed by KFC lately, come here. This is the one. Genuinely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Will absolutely be back.
