I ordered a 5PC Buddy Meal (Order #4158) on 8 June 2026 at around 9:16 PM, but when I got home and opened the box, there were only 3 pieces of chicken inside. As a takeaway customer, I had no way to check the contents before leaving, and it was frustrating to discover that two pieces were missing after I had already reached home. I have the receipt and photos as proof. I understand that mistakes can happen during busy periods, but basic order accuracy is important. I hope the management will improve their quality checks to prevent this from happening to other customers.
WnnblhI would like to provide feedback regarding my experience at the KFC outlet in Tampines Mall on the morning of 30 April 2026. After receiving my order, I politely asked a staff member (a Malay lady) for salt and pepper. However, she ignored my request and continued adjusting the Sjora drink machine base. As someone with experience in the F&B industry, I believe customer requests should be prioritised, especially during the busy breakfast period. Tasks like adjusting equipment can be attended to afterward. I had to wait until a Grab driver nearby assisted by calling out to her again and reminding her to attend to the customer first. Only then did she respond. Unfortunately, when she did, she threw a few packets of salt onto the counter without any acknowledgment or apology. This came across as very rude and unprofessional. This is not my first unpleasant experience at this outlet. I have previously provided feedback about similar issues, including during my pregnancy, regarding staff being rude not only to my family but also to other customers and delivery riders. I strongly urge your management to review this matter and reinforce proper customer service training among the staff at Tampines Mall. Such behaviour reflects poorly on your brand and affects the overall customer experience. I hope appropriate action will be taken to improve service standards at this outlet.
