Jasmine LimI was really surprised to receive a “half-bun” burger from KFC — only the top bun, with no bottom bun at all. At first I thought it was just one mistake, but both burgers I ordered came this way. Is this supposed to be a new “trend” for their Original Chicken Burger, or was this simply poor preparation? Very disappointing and definitely not what I paid for.

Alvin ZhangIt has been quite awhile since I have encounter a cheerful, kind and helpful vibes type of elderly employee. Throughout the whole busy dinner rush on a weekend and due to the out-of-service self service kiosk . She remain fast and precise in her order taking and not being angsty despite the queue and never ending orders. A really rare traits nowadays. Kudos to you Kelly👍
