KavithaOrdered the new potato bowl... Wanted to try it as I talked to a girl on McDonalds n she told me to try the new potato bowl... Ordered the potato bowl ala carte w a reg coke zero n a egg tart... I paid $10 something for it... But seriously everyone should buy the potato bowl meal as it is much cheaper... It was aft I ordered finish that I saw the meal so I can't cancel As I pay already... There were 4 ordering machines if I remember correctly n all the machines the zinger burger was missing... What happened to the zinger burger???? the egg tart was not served to me properly...it has white bubbles o the egg tart...so I went to the counter directly n ask y is my egg tart given to me in this way??? The counter staff saw it n told me Maybe it is nothing to worry safe to eat... I mean seriously I paid $2 for this egg tart n he is telling me maybe no prob can eat??? I told him that I don't want the egg tart give me back my refund for my egg tart... N he ask me how much is the egg tart??? He is the staff working there n he is asking me how much is the egg tart??? I told him kfc bo receipt given so if ask me I don't know. This is a very big prob of kfc.y machine order no get receipt??? A while ltr the manager came out.i did not like how the manager was talking to me.sbe is a manager but I m a customer n she would talk to a customer like that??? The way she was talking I felt that she was accusing me that I m asking money for something I did not buy or something which has nothing wrong... I told her I gave the staff already the egg tart.aft confirmation from him b asking him of the egg tart I was given back my $2... The manager apologized to me but I did not say anything. Went away a my 2 dollars to eat my potato bowl n drink my coke zero... The potato bowl actually is whipped potato w the added chicken bites... But the chicken bites so few added that I felt I would rather buy 2 med whipped potato n chicken bites meal...would have been much much better... There is a another new 1 in kfc which is salad bowl... Aft thinking the salad was the 1 they choose to bring about in kfc??? I m a girl who hates salad... So I would not want to try it... But if anyone loves salad b sure to try it...

li ngWrote a compliment email to KFC team hoping that someone will reward the hardworking staff (very rare nowadays!) Hi there, I will like to compliments the staff working on duty in plaza Singapura branch on 3/2/26 between 7-8+pm. There was one cleaning staff who even though was mute, was super efficient and hardworking. The floor near the sink was slippery because some customer drip his wet hands after washing but your staff quickly clean the floor and put up the yellow slippery signs and also gesture to nearby customers to be careful of the slippery floor. He was also very prompt in cleaning up desks after customers have finished their meals. Very hard worker and I really appreciate his attitude and attentiveness! I hope someone from your team read this message and reward him and recognize his effort! :)
