Fahim Hussainrecently visited the KFC Bukit Merah and had a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The chicken was served very hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. You could really tell that the food was prepared well and served at the right time, which made it even more satisfying. What truly made this visit stand out was the excellent customer service. The staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout. A special mention to Chewling, Hannah, Joyce, and they were attentive, patient, and handled everything very professionally. Even during busy moments, they maintained a positive attitude and ensured customers were served efficiently. Their teamwork and dedication definitely did not go unnoticed. The outlet itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable atmosphere. It’s a nice place to sit down, relax, and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. The overall environment added to the positive experience. I really appreciate the effort put in by both the kitchen and service team at this branch. It’s not just about good food, but also about how customers are treated, and this outlet does both very well. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will be coming back again soon. Great job to the entire team!
ri fieschibeen this kfc for so many times as i stay nearby and today i finally im writing this review because of my favorite Butterbear!! HAHAHAHA i am so happy when i saw KFC x Butterbear!! as a big fan of butterbear, been to bangkok to visit the store and buy so many items from it!! i cant contain my excitement when i saw it!! i bought Thai-Thai sauce bites box and Thao fritters!! honestly its better when it’s hot for the thai fritters and dip with condensed milk. as for the Thai-Thai saucy bites chicken, for me is a little bit of spicy as im not a spicy eater hahaha but i still can finish it!! been to this kfc to dine in, to take away and to even collect orders for foodpanda delivery, everything is okay, no any drama or any thing that needs to be a bad reviews hahaha. all is okay only can get crowded when its lunch time or dinner time which is normal. i just wanna say thank u for collaborating with butterbear, and i wanna get the other butterbear blindbox but i got the drumstick butterbear hahaha but it’s still adorable!! tbh i also miss the bbq cheesy meltz! idk if it will comeback or not coz that’s my all time favorite thing to order on the menu haha besides the original chicken and cheesefries!! also just to add if u come here in the morning for breakfast, it’s actually peaceful!! came here a few times to dine in for breakfast and i realised how peaceful it is with the chicken porridge… perfect!!
Daniel TayOrdered 4 sets of curry prata sort of meals. Only come with 2 tubs of curry. Seriously wanna run promotions, double check orders la. Its bad that customers don’t receive correct order especially when its your promotional item. Do better guys.
