The staff were smiling, attentive, and even the manager came over to check how everything was. That personal touch makes a big difference. Jasper TeoThis happened on 1st Feb this year, we ordered from this particular outlet. Firstly, after we had made our order and waited for 15 mins before they told us they ran out of egg tarts. Secondly, when we reached home then we realised they left out the additional mac and cheese side. We had called KFC hotline the same day and were told they will contact us. No refund for the up sized side was given and no follow up. KFC service standards has dropped so far despite the smaller portions and more expensive meals.
