Rendall CheeOrdered 2 portion of quarter chicken with 2 sides. The broccoli was hard and tough as if not cooked. Had to topped up $1 extra for Chicken thigh which was ok. Overall everything was ok but counter staff doesn’t look happy to take order and this outlet always have staffs that carry am attitude so if you are looking for somewhere with serious service staffs then this is the place to go to.
LucianOrdered the weekday value meal ($10.80). Had the quarter chicken meal which came with a choice of side and corn muffin. The chicken with black pepper sauce was pretty tender, and the portion sizes were decent. The corn muffin was tasty, a delicious staple of Kenny Rogers. Unfortunately the mac & cheese side was lukewarm and the soup was a tad salty. Overall still a great value lunch deal if in the area, with a wide variety of mains to choose!
Cai Yu HoLong story short: undercooked chicken chop still oozing pink juice, was told that they will change for me. Staff ended up re-grilling the half-eaten chicken chop and returning to me on the same plate, already with raw pink juices. Hygiene standard is very bad. Wrote email in to feedback on 8 Apr, till now there hasn’t been any reply. Food standards also deteriorated. Haven’t seen their corn muffin so dry and hard like a rock before. Even the muffin casing was stuck and can’t peel off. Definitely not coming back again.
