On 23/5/2026 (Saturday evening), my family and I visited Kenny Rogers ROASTERS Express after attending a family activity nearby. What made me truly happy was the excellent attitude and professionalism shown by one of the Malay female staff members. Even though it was a very busy peak-hour period, she remained polite, calm, and respectful throughout the interaction. I’m Chinese myself, but her warm hospitality genuinely stood out and made us feel welcomed. She honestly informed us that the food waiting time would be around 20 minutes due to the queue, and I was more than willing to wait because her service recovery and customer handling were superb. The food was amazing, the promotion was worth it, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!
We have been wanting to try this stall and finally got the chance to do so. Pros - the food was cooked to order, and was warm, and the sides were tasty. They do have lunch sets for around $10, with one side and a soup. Ala carte of the same dish costs around $17, but you have a choice of two sides. Cons - it takes too long to order with only one kiosk and so many food options. We were third in line at the kiosk but could only order after waiting about 15 minutes in the queue. They should have more kiosks. Also, the orders were a tad chaotic whereby those who arrived after us had their food served first. Drinks at the drinks stall are expensive, with two iced tea 0 costing over S$5.
Had the most terrible eating experience in my life! Chewed on it, spit out and discovered it was a copper wire in the fried chicken! They only offered to replace the meal but who has appetite ? We could have swallow the whole wire ! Waited 20 mins, no refund at all. Update: waited for supervisor return and refunded and apologized. Hope the manager will call us to explain after their investigation.
