Jayne YangStaff was busy with her phone for a good 10 minutes before attending to the mobile order. She was also not responsive to a customer standing at the counter obviously waiting to be served. Salted Caramel Macchiato barely has any taste of coffee and the Fraise Cold Brew is heavily watered down. This is not the type of establishment where you can comfortably sit and enjoy your drinks. There’re only 2 tables available and seats were without backrest. Considering the price of the drinks, I’d recommend Starbucks, Coffee Bean or the upcoming Arabica within Jewel or Zus at T1.
hiAtmosphere is squeezy. Ordered the 2 for $10.90 frappes. 40% of the drink is ice and only 60% of the drink is drinkable and in liquid form. Drink tasted too strong to my liking and afterwards had stomach discomfort after drinking the drink the mocha frappe. Mocha frappe coffee flavour is super strong and couldn't taste any chocolate. The best part was the chocolate chips. Not a pleasant experience. Wouldn't come back again.
DaphneyI always recommend everyone to try creamy aren latte because it taste so good, especially if you like coffee with creamy hint. This brand always be my go-to-coffee in Indonesia and I was so glad that I could find it in Singapore when I was confused what coffee to drink. They provide some seats for 2 groups consist of 3 people each and it located in front of the jewel waterfall, so we could enjoy the nice view. We have to enter our order at the counter in front of the bar, but it was kinda hard to proceed the payment.
