Huge respect to the staff member managing everything on his own. he stayed efficient, friendly, and handled the crowd so well despite working solo. You could really see the effort and dedication. Honestly made the whole experience even better. Hope the management knows how valuable he is and treats him well. Kudos to you, my guy — you’re doing an incredible job

Special thanks to the guy and the lady that wore the hijab, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and such warm, welcoming energy that instantly made me feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, polite, and attentive throughout my visit. They took the time to make sure my order was correct, answered my questions with kindness, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another order. Even though the café was busy, they remained calm, cheerful, and professional, serving everyone with efficiency while never losing their positive attitude. What impressed me the most was the way the team worked together. You could tell they genuinely supported one another, communicated well, and created such a pleasant atmosphere. Their hospitality, professionalism, and dedication to providing excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit memorable. The coffee was delicious, but it was the exceptional service that made me want to come back. It’s not often you come across a team that is so passionate, hardworking, and genuinely caring towards every customer. Thank you for making my day brighter. Brandon YeowI thoroughly enjoyed their delectably rich, thick iced latte, and the aren syrup added a pleasant sweet kick to the flavour profile. Might be pricey for some (6 bucks for medium, iced), but I believe it's worth the quality. Highly recommended if and only if you are an absolute dairy fan, for the richness makes the drink extremely heavy and possibly hard to stomach for some. Personally really loved it. If your wallet has space for it, go, go, go! What are you waiting for? P.S. Minimal service in the ordering and collection experience, so leaving it unrated for now.
