Li Pin ChiaI placed 2 orders separately and texted the kebabs faktory to deliver both together. Please refer to photos for proof. When i received the food, I realized they had forgotten about the other bag/order. I called them and the staff (a guy) said they will send it over soon. We waited for another hour and my partner called the shop/ staff again. He was so rude and said the food was still there?!?! I thought they were gonna make arrangement for another delivery guy to bring it over to my place. Horrendous service and the said staff in the photo was really very rude. There was no service recovery and no refund also, my partner had to go there in person to pick up the food. Do not expect good service if you buy anything from here.
J CWe went for lunch. It was very hot outside to sit outdoors so it’s not recommended for hot days. The service was good, served by a friendly young man with black plastic glasses. Food was good. Feels healthy. What I didn’t like was the $3.90 corn cup which was so tiny! See my photo to compare the corn with a pack of ketchup. The fries were tasty.
