Tay GigiMy boyfriend ordered 6 Milk Kazos and specifically requested for them to be packed into 2 boxes of 3. The cashier initially charged us $26 (price of 3's) instead of the price of $24 (price of 6's) and the pricing was only corrected after my boyfriend pointed out the discrepancy, understand that we have to pay an extra for the additional box but this should have been communicated when the order was made not when payment was about to be made. More concerning was the complete mix-up of the order. Despite clearly ordering milk kazos, the cashier instructed the kitchen to prepare chocolate kazos but chocolate was never mentioned at any point. When my boyfriend raised the issue, the cashier appeared confused, which reflected a lack of attentiveness and order confirmation. This experience was disappointing and avoidable. Management should ensure that staff listen carefully, confirm orders accurately, and maintain better attention to detail to prevent similar mistakes from happening again.

Since i was still nearby, i returned it and leave my contact. Shortly, i received msg from Alicia that they are gving me a replacement and also a 10% discount on my next purchase. Thank you to the attending outlet staff and Alicia for their prompt response and action. Good customer service Kazo!
