accy95Bought 3 tarts from the amk outlet - Mango Pomelo, Hojicha & Choc Hazelnut. The latter 2 tasted pretty good but the Mango Pomelo was bad. The whole tart is soggy including the tart crust. The fruits were not fresh and I discovered some discolouration on the pomelo pulps when cut open. Not sure if it was mould or not. There should be stringent F&B practice before selling to customers. It can easily cause abdominal upset.
Luis GohSerious Hygiene and Food Safety Concerns I am highly disappointed and concerned by the food safety and hygiene practices I recently observed at Kazo AMK hub. While the staff claim the food is "freshly prepared," my experience suggests otherwise. I previously purchased food here that was sour and spoiled, indicating that unsold items are being kept and resold the next day. More critically, I observed several severe hygiene violations: No Gloves Used: Staff were handling ready-to-eat food items with their bare hands, completely neglecting the use of gloves. Contamination Risk: Uncovered food products were left exposed right next to the rubbish bin while staff were actively sweeping the floor nearby. This exposes the food to significant contamination risk (dust, debris, and refuse). These practices demonstrate a severe disregard for basic public health and safety standards. I cannot recommend eating here. I have reported these concerns to the local Food Safety Authority.
NCame for their cheese sourdough again. The first purchase was good so I came back for it again. Save having to queue at Fairprice for one bread item. Worth more than breadtalk buns. Try it. The counter staff, Peggy, is customer -oriented and service oriented! She is a good and kind staff who makes customers want to patronise the store again.
