Eng Joo TanTried the chicken rice after seeing many positive reviews. Overall, it was decent but didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. The chicken was a little dry and lacked the smooth, tender texture I expected. The rice was average and didn’t have much fragrance. The chilli taste was out. Portion size was acceptable. It’s not a bad plate of chicken rice, but based on the reviews, I was expecting something much better. Personally, I would rate it 3/5 stars. Worth trying once to see if it suits your taste, but I probably wouldn’t make a special trip back.
Hanif MohamedBest Chinese-style halal chicken rice. The couple running the stall also very pleasant. They only have 1 stall. Compared to OK chicken rice chain, Kawan kawan chicken rice is excellent. Succulent chicken and flavourful rice. Ambience is in industrial park area. So I tapau. 😅. I am looking for a nicer place to recommend to them. They deserve better return for their high quality of food.
Ahmad AspariFood was really tasty and good. Me and my wife decided to buy takeaways after trying the food at the stall. Owners were pleasant and friendly. Fully recommended
