Julius TanIt’s a decent place to have a light meal after a visit to the hospital but this outlet has a lot of customers and they are always out of some of the items on quite a few of our visits here. Isn’t it common sense to stock more food ingredients if it is a busy outlet? The kaya butter toast isr rather awful here.
cindy ngOrder Milo dinosaur for here have no straw. Then I request to change to take away and then being asked to top up $0.30 and then my drink in take away cup is only 3/4 full. The cashier guy and the lady is so unfriendly and rude. So unwilling to change and shortchanged me even I paid for the difference but didn't get what I paid for! Pls be more compassionate when you are located in a hospital! You do not deserve to be here as you do not even practice empathy! Patient needs straw for a reason!
Flo WongI guess this one is on me — I should have read the reviews before coming 🙃 And the food really taste awful 😖 First time ordering takeaway here and the whole collection system was confusing. You collect the food using a buzzer, but drinks are called separately by number, and no one explained that the soft-boiled eggs had to be collected together with the drinks. I had already left the shop and was walking back to the ward when I realised the eggs were missing. So I went back to the food counter to check, and they directed me to the drinks counter. I politely asked the aunty there if I had forgotten to collect my eggs. Instead of helping, she rolled her eyes and pointed at me saying rudely, “Just now put together already, you never take.” That response was really unnecessary. If the eggs were supposed to be collected together earlier, a simple reminder before the customer leaves the counter would have solved the problem. This outlet is located inside a hospital where many people are already stressed visiting patients or dealing with medical issues. A little patience and courtesy from staff would really go a long way. Perhaps the hospital management might want to reconsider whether this kind of service is suitable for a hospital environment. Patients and visitors are already having a difficult time — they probably don’t need an extra test of patience together with their breakfast.
