Food was really great... especially the signature boat noodles - both dry and soup versions. There was a lot of ingredients and the taste was superb so was the teh halia. I don't know why the reviews are so poor but the food and drinks were outstanding. This is meant to be self-service food outlet, not sure why people are so harsh about the service standard. I have eaten here a few times and am always served with a smile at the counter. Bottomline is food is good. They deserve a chance. Perhaps I always go off peak.
Great spot for local delicacies that I've been frequenting for a long time. On this visit, I tried the location at Joo Koon during a trip to Decathlon. The place was just okay. The food didn’t taste as good as what I’m used to at Kent Ridge. The Milo dinosaur drink was watery, the iced lemon tea was too strong, and the coffee was cold. With no other options and kids with us, we had to eat there, even though it was already late for lunch. As it's a food chain, they should definitely look into improving the quality of their food.
Good that staff treat u like invisible on a sun lunch. Small or regular coffee looks like 2 sizes which is funny.
