Unfortunately despite the hype, it’s not of my preference. Yes, food is subjective. Firstly, if take away, please do not use plastic bag, it works better with paper bag. Of course, banana ripeness is something we can’t control but a seller must have basic knowledge to decide the bananas is good to be fried or wait to be ripen a bit more or just cook pengat. Though it was just fried, It lacks of crispiness. Soggy & too sweet to be fried banana. Mine was take away but I ate it straightaway. It came with chill kicap which I am not a fan so can’t comment on that. The not-so-pleasant experience could be just my luck. 5pc for $4.50 for medium to small size Word of advice: educate and train staffs as most business downfall are due to staffs ignorance

The standard of chicken satay has dropped. Meat taste dry and tough, like it was deep fried and not bbq over charcoal. Satay sauce also too thick and salty. I don’t mind the increase in price, but please maintain the standard of the meat and sauce.

We came from West to East to tried their nuggets goreng pisang, the batter was crispy and packed with flavour. It leaned on the salty side for my taste, but still enjoyable, especially when paired with a hot drink. Had their mee soto too. The broth was decent, though I think a spicier sambal kicap would really lift the flavours. The highlight was definitely the warm service. The owner personally came over to ask for feedback. When he found out we came from the west, he thoughtfully asked his staff to pack some samosa and goreng pisang for us to take home. Such a generous and kind-hearted gesture truly left a lasting impression!
