Cues Jasper⸻ I had a pleasant meal at the chicken rice stall in Koufu Food Court West Mall. The food is reasonably priced and offers good value for a quick and satisfying meal. The chicken rice itself was decent — not the best in Singapore, but still enjoyable for an everyday option. What stood out most was the cleanliness of the food court. Tables were well-maintained, and the overall environment felt comfortable for dining. The staff were also friendly and approachable, which made the experience more pleasant. Cleaning service is well maintained. Overall, I’d give it an average rating of around 3.5 out of 5. A reliable spot if you’re looking for affordable food in a clean setting with welcoming service.
the lameannticsGood value special set chicken rice at $6.50 that came with fragrant half egg and generous amount of beansprouts, cucumber slices were under the chicken stack. Decent amount of chicken and quite thick too! I tabao 3 boxes. All happy eaters. They had another normal set with leafy green on their usual menu. I like it. Will definitely come back. Very good service too. Located in newly renovated Kopitiam in Westmall 4th floor.
Eliza CheowJack at Jubilee’s Hainanese chicken at WestMall outlet is superb nice, friendly, kind hearted and patience uncle because when I first walk into WestMall food court, I order for my chicken rice with braised egg and I can see he is very patience in guiding 1 Malay lady who is cutting the chicken and preparing the meat while Jack is busy taking orders at the counter as there are many customers queuing right behind me cause it’s during lunch time around 130pm so the queue can be quite long at this hour. I like his customer service a lot cause I am staying near Bukit Batok so I do frequent this store a lot as their chicken rice is damn good and I personally like it very much, hence I must say I am very impressed with Jack’s customer service and patience cause i literally observe while I am having my lunch that he never show any sign of tiredness and has always been putting on a smile. Not only that, she still have to collect payment while guiding the Malay lady hence I am deeply grateful for his service cause I can see Jack really go all out to serve every single customers who walk into this store for the past 1 hour which is really an easy task for Jack as he have to work from 10-9pm which can be very hectic and tiring for an uncle hence I truly empathy him for working such long hours and having to stand so long from morning to evening is definitely going to be a very tough job for him during this peak hours. Henceforth I can truly see and feel his passion in his job and how well he literally serves every walk in customers during the past 1 hour of lunchtime at WestMall outlet. This can be very physically and mentally draining for Jack hence he must be a very nice employee to have when the fact that very few people nowadays will want to choose to work at a F&B store anymore due to their long working hours and when he is already so old for his age estimated around age 50 thereabout hence this definitely shows he is someone who is able to endure hardship and a guy who never give up easily in his work so this is a rare virtue which all of us should learn from him. Reason being, my job requires me to face different customers every single day so I can totally understand and relate how tough it’s for Jack when he still have to put on a smile everyday when dealing with different types of customers which nowadays customers can be very demanding or impatience or nasty people thus to handle such people really require a lot of patience. I am highly impressed with Jack’s customer service & patience attitude as he is willing to go the extra mile to serve all customers at the store which will result in having more customers wanting and willing to patronise the outlet more often so this is a very rare gesture to have nowadays in this era. I am very confident to comment and compliment Jack mainly because I work from a very small role in my finance career until only 3 years ago I got promoted as a Director of Sales when I start working in finance industry at age 26 and till now I am 43 years old already. I would like to compliment Jack for an additional pay raise or promotion for putting the extra effort with his work, serving all customers with passion and patience. Please kindly arrange a session to compliment Jack in front of all the staff for his awesome and splendid customer service so that all other employees should literally take him as a role model to learn from. Lastly I sincerely hope the higher management will take serious consideration on my feedback written especially for Jack. Thank you.
