KavithaToday decided to try Jollibee...had it for my dinner today at Jollibee city square mall...I love spaghetti so when saw it in the ordering machine wanted to order it but was confused as to whether it is chicken or beef... As I m a Indian girl I will not be able to eat beef... So I asked the staff working here he he said it is beef so I did not order it... My next choice was my most fav chicken nuggets...I love chicken nuggets so would always eat that at McDonalds... This time round wanted to try chicken nuggets at Jollibee so I ordered that... I did not buy it as meal bec I did not want to eat fries... As aft work had a late lunch at McDonalds so decided don't want fries... Saw mashed potatoes in the machine so I ordered that... I was not happy with the size of the mashed potato as I felt too small ... The mashed potato only got this 1 size at Jollibee ...🙁 This is something which is v sad for mashed potato lovers like me... There is a choice of barbecue sauce or garlic ranch dips for the nuggets I chose garlic ranch dips as barbacue sauce macdonalds I always eat... I seriously did not like the taste of the garlic ranch dips... Does not go well with the nuggets 🙁 The ordering machine cannot use nets card so have to order from machine then take the receipt go counter make payment... Something which I don't understand is y the ordering machine cannot take nets card but counter when make payment can use nets card??? To get to the counter to make payment n also to collect food must go down stairs n come up stairs again... 🙁🙁🙁 This Jollibee city square mall I felt quite dirty... Tables never clean,food peo eat never throw...floor never sweep...fly flying around... Nuggets ok but the garlic ranch dips not ok... Mashed potato ok but the size not ok... Luckily I chose large coke zero if not scared that 1 also v small 🤔🤔🤔 But the mashed potato y only 1 size??? Overall I felt that this same chicken nuggets if I buy at McDonalds more worth it... Even if McDonalds does not have mashed potato...for mashed potato I can buy 2 med at kfc would have been good... But at least now I know how at Jollibee bec I tried it... Tissues I want I have to go counter take... Counter has got a basket for tissues,fork,spoon all self service... I mean seriously I paid $11.85 for this meal n tissues, spoon for my mashed potato the staff no give w the food tray??? I have to take myself🙁🙁🙁 The dustbin v full... The nuggets that was given to me all 1 sticking to another... seriously I don't know what type of service is this???
LeonSorry but I have to give a 1 star because I waited 15mims for an ice cream. Because they didn’t have chocolate for the sundaes, if you don’t have ingredient to make something, why did you put it up as available on the kiosk? And the pistachio doesn’t look like pistachio… disappointing portion for $3
