RomeoTerrible experience. Staff at 7pm on June 25 for my order 204 who prioritized other customers who ordered spaghetti over Fiesta and let me wait for 30 mins finally even messed up my order by not properly covering it. I asked for refund and just got ignored. Terrible experience. Never again.
JackFood is ok. Chicken is small in size but at least it's tender and not that dry. Nuggets were dry though. The floor was wet at the drinks station and whole place doesn't look clean. Staff looks overworked and not that friendly.
S AfrinJollibee at Paya Lebar Square deserves a negative star from me. 1. The bottled water they serve is not chilled. I politely requested an empty cup with some ice, but the staff refused and insisted I had to buy another drink just to get a cup. The attitude was rude, inflexible, and completely lacking in customer service. 2. The handwashing area was filthy. The floor was extremely dirty and dangerously slippery. I almost fell and did not dare let my elderly parents use it due to the obvious safety risk. 3. The air conditioning was switched off from 10:00 pm, leaving the restaurant hot, humid, and uncomfortable. It was an unhealthy environment for both customers and staff. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this outlet. The cleanliness, safety, and customer service fell well below acceptable standards. I also hope the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) conducts an inspection to ensure proper hygiene and food establishment standards are being maintained.
