Si Jing PFirst time trying Jollibee. I enjoyed the fried chicken, just nice crisp and meat was juicy. Spaghetti was special ; i did not expect to savour cheese in the tomato sauce and it became a tiny joy 🤭
sol solehaThere was totally no human traffic but yet they still can miss out my order. Wasted my time ; came back from home to take my missing order. As soon as i came, the Philippine staff at the front counter seems unapologetic without a service recovery . She knew she packed my order wrongly. All the staffs there were not even keen to be apologetic knowing its their fault. Bad service. Dont seems to even fit for a star. Not busy but just dont seems to be efficient. I would have not been mad if they show some basic service and being more human. A sorry is enough.
