Joey Chang⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Experience at Jollibee VivoCity! Had a fantastic meal at Jollibee VivoCity today! The food is always great, but the exceptional service today really made our visit stand out. A special shoutout to Wendy, who was incredibly patient and attentive at the counter. I had a specific request for no ice in my drink, and she handled it perfectly and with a big smile. I also want to highly commend the cleaning uncle on duty. The outlet was bustling, but he was so kind, patient, and proactive in helping us find a table and immediately cleaning it up for us so we could sit comfortably. It is rare to see such wonderful and heartwarming customer service during a busy peak hour. Thank you to Wendy and the uncle for making our dining experience so pleasantwe will definitely be back!

The service is quick and not bad because they will call your number according to the queue. You can order menus from the machine and choose dine-in or takeaway. The restaurant always full when dinner time. The best menu is the spicy chicken. You will spent around 6 dollar until 10 dollar per set menu and it's worth-it. If you want to dine-in, you must be fast when a table is empty because this restaurant always full with customers.
Ghan Valerioordered set meal. rice is not even warm, it’s cold. fries soggy. and the chicken were not even hot as usual. i asked the lady in the counter and told me that the rice cannot be pipping hot. like??? didn’t even apologize. the guy and the girl manager looks annoyed. even though they replaced the rice and fries (which was way hotter), they could’ve at least said sorry.
