Jianping ZhengOrder #4332 20 Jun 2026 I ordered 2 sets of Chickenjoy & Spaghetti Combos (each set includes 2 pieces of chicken, 1 spaghetti, and 1 Mango Peach Pie). However, both sets were missing the spaghetti. I only discovered the missing items after returning all the way to Sengkang, which was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. This reflects very poor packing standards. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened. I hope greater care can be taken to ensure orders are checked properly before being handed to customers, and I would appreciate an appropriate resolution for the missing items and the inconvenience caused.
RBThe food was amazing, with excellent service. The cashier was really friendly and went through the options thoroughly. Service was on point and will certainly come back again!
S SiewOrdered 2 sets of meal. Spicy chicken is so small and miserable. Original non spicy looks more decent for a single piece. This outlet has bad ventilation and full of oily smell. With no aircon and wind flow. Overhead many diners complain the bad oily smell and stuffiness in this outlet. Makes me headache smelling the “oiliness in the air” Need to be seated near the entrance to feel the aircon in the mall instead.
